Lateef Belfor
Co-Founder & General Contractor
Construction experience with over 10+ years in field and office aspect. Body of work includes construction projects throughout New York. The span of work takes on schools, colleges, cultural buildings, athletic centers, aviation projects and high rise residential/commercial buildings.
Lateef is an optimist and is dedicated to every project from beginning to end. Maintaining professionalism and open communication are most important to him in approaching any project. Construction safety, on-site coordination, labor relations, budgeting, scheduling and construction management of daily subcontractors are among the many areas of his expertise.
Cyril Belfor
Cyril has served in the Carpenter Local Union 157 for 16+ years. He has worked on some of the city’s biggest projects in New York which includes: United Nations Headquarters, Mount Sinai Hospital, Jacob Javits Center, Brooklyn’s Ikea Home and Furnishings, John F Kennedy Airport and Forever 21.
Cyril oversees all phases of construction projects, provides hands on supervision and provide guidance to workers and subcontractors. Site security, managing materials, work quality inspection, advising and updating client on project progress are among some of the day to day responsibilities with great attention to details that brings great value to each project that is undertaken.
Kemar Miller
Executive Project Manager
Kemar is a motivated, affable business professional with more than 15 years’ experience in the capacity of Project Management Consultant, IT Consultant and Financial Services. He is well-versed in process engineering, construction/technical implementation and project supervision methodologies.
He is a strong advocate of team building and ensuring effective communication with all parties involved for the initiation of any project/s that is undertaken. He takes the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring compliance at all phases in progress, scheduling deliverables and closing out all projects. He is hands on and assists as needed.
